Office hours and visitors
The School office is open from 8.00am to 4.15pm.
If making contact by telephone, we will endeavour to answer the phone as quickly as we are able. At busy times you may be asked to leave a recorded message. You will then be contacted once staff are available.
We are a friendly school and our door is always open. If you wish to meet with your child’s class teacher, or a member of Senior Team, we do ask that you make an appointment first. You can do this by contacting the school office.
Alternatively, you can email the school office who will forward your message on to the right member of staff.
Visitors
For security and safeguarding reasons, all the entrances to the school site have security gates that will generally be closed during the school day. Details of opening times for delivery and collection of children at the beginning and end of the school day are included on the 'School Times' page of the website.
There is no parking on the school site. Please park on local roads in accordance with relevant restrictions and enter through the pedestrian gates. If you are visiting the school at other times please follow the signs to the Main Entrance where a member of staff will be on hand to greet you.
Once on site, all visitors must report to the main reception entrances . These are signposted on site. All visitors will be required to present identification, sign in, and wear a school identity badge as part of our commitment to safeguarding.
Out of Hours
Outside normal school office hours you will be able to leave a recorded message on the telephone system. This service is also available when reporting a child’s absence.
